construction preparation:

  • review of the construction planning, that means control of foundation, support structure planning, interior fittings, technical building equipment, outside facilities

  • demonstration of the economical effects of different constructions methods and material qualities

  • registration of the quality standards for the project in accordance with the building owner and planning participants

  • obtaining and review of bids from qualified execution companies, displayed in a price comparison list 

  • survey of reference objects of the companies by ANIA and/or the client

  • preparation of the contract multilingual and contract negotiation with the potential construction company

  • register of the project participants

  • adaptation of the time schedule

  • preparation of a quotation and a payment plan
