Planning:

  • clearance of the fundamental feasibility → planning permission

  • development of different design concepts

  • consulting and developing of concepts with the view on functional, economical and architect principle

  • inducement of soil investigation (if it is necessary in co-operation with our associate partner in Germany)  

  • translation of planning documents and drawings

  • support with the application of the necessary building licenses (f.e. fire department, department for public safety, traffic department, environmental office)

  • support with the application for energy supply (gas, water, electricity)

  • coordination and monitoring of the involved participants

  • preparation of a time schedule

  • preparation of a room-book with detailed description of the rooms

  • estimation of costs
